- All Aerial Attractions
You only need to sign the waiver once per year. It is valid for 365 days from the date of signing and covers all the attractions listed above. However, waiver status must still be verified each visit.
Once verified, you’ll be issued a wristband that grants access to those attractions for the day. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them.
There are two ways to complete your waiver:
- Online – Click here to complete your waiver online. This is the fastest and easiest option and helps reduce waiver signing wait times.
- In person – Use one of our waiver stations located at:
- Information Kiosk (just past Big Red’s Smokehouse)
- Axe Throwing area
- Wild Isle entrance
Big Rivers Waterpark offers two parking options:
-
- General Parking: Enter through Gate 2. This option is free and available to all guests.
- VIP Parking: Enter through Gate 1, located near the park entrance. This option is $20 per vehicle and valid for the full day. You may pay online or in person, but availability is limited. VIP Parking is single-use only — there is no re-entry once you leave the VIP lot.
At this time, we do not offer a season pass or multi-use option for VIP Parking.
Yes — guests are allowed to leave and return to the park on the same day, but the process depends on your type of admission:
- Season Pass Holders: You may re-enter the park at any time during normal operating hours on public admission days. Just show your season pass at the front gate.
- Day Ticket Guests: You may re-enter the park only if you receive a hand stamp before exiting. Hand stamps are available at the front gate or inside the retail shop. Stamps are only valid for that day.
Be sure to get your hand stamped before leaving the park to ensure same-day re-entry.
Lockers are available at two convenient locations:
-
- Entrance Building Restrooms (near the park entrance)
- Pavilion Lockers (by the wave pool in front of Big Red’s BBQ)
Locker Sizes & Prices:
-
- Standard – $10
- Large – $15
- Jumbo – $20 (Pavilion location only)
Lockers can be rented using cash or card at the kiosks, or by scanning the QR code on an individual locker. Rentals are good for the entire day, but must be purchased same-day. Advance locker reservations are not currently available.
Note: Big Rivers Waterpark is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items placed in lockers.

Park Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following age policy is in effect:
- Guests 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult (18+) to enter the park.
- This policy applies to all guests, including Season Pass holders.
- If a guest under 16 attempts to enter without an adult, they will be asked to contact a parent or guardian before being allowed inside.
- During Season Pass processing, we may request proof of age to confirm eligibility.
Important: Season Passes may be deactivated without refund if a guest under 16 enters without an adult, violates this policy repeatedly, or causes issues while unsupervised.

We understand that weather can impact your plans, and guest safety is always our top priority. In the event that we close the park for the entire day due to inclement weather, we may issue rain checks for eligible tickets and reservations.
Refunds are not offered for any ticket or reservation.
Rain checks are only issued in the event of a full-day park closure.
- The park must remain closed for the rest of the day
- Closure decisions are made when lightning is in the area for at least two consecutive hours
If weather causes a temporary stop in operations, it is treated as a delay, not a closure. Delays may affect one or more attractions but do not qualify for a rain check.
Rain checks may be issued for the following if the park closes for the full day:
- Any Day Tickets: Valid for any other public operating day during the same event season (Waterpark, Halloween, or Christmas)
- Choose Your Day Tickets: May be rescheduled to another date in the same season
- Lakeside and Riverside Cabanas: May be rescheduled
- Birthday Packages: May be rescheduled
To request a rain check or reschedule, please visit Ticketing, Guest Relations, or the Front Retail Shop during your visit.
Big Rivers Waterpark is a smoke-free park. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the park except in two designated areas:
- Front of the park: Near the body slides
- Back of the park: Near the Ice House
These are the only two locations where smoking is allowed. Smoking or vaping in any other area is strictly prohibited.
The possession or use of any illegal or controlled substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on park property, including within the designated smoking areas.
👉 To locate the smoking areas, view our interactive map: bigriverswaterpark.com/map
All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be searched prior to entering the park. Sharp objects, firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle.
We use a variety of methods in securing our parks including uniformed officers and video surveillance monitoring.
Big Rivers does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property. People who engage this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the park and may be subject to arrest by local police.
No — outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Big Rivers Waterpark.
We offer a wide variety of food and beverage options throughout the park to accommodate most tastes and dietary needs.
Exceptions include:
-
- Breast milk, baby formula, or specific infant food
- Birthday cakes — permitted only for guests who have scheduled a birthday party through Big Rivers. A valid birthday voucher is required (one per scheduled party).
Refillable water bottles are allowed, but they must be empty when entering the park. We provide free water refill stations throughout the park. Bottles must also be free of ice when entering.
For safety reasons, glass containers and glass bottles are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
