Questions?

General

Certain attractions at Big Rivers Waterpark require a signed waiver. These include:

  • Axe Throwing
  • Archery
  • Wild Isle Inflatable Obstacle Course
  • All Aerial Attractions

You only need to sign the waiver once per year. It is valid for 365 days from the date of signing and covers all the attractions listed above. However, waiver status must still be verified each visit.

Once verified, you’ll be issued a wristband that grants access to those attractions for the day. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them.

There are two ways to complete your waiver:

  • OnlineClick here to complete your waiver online. This is the fastest and easiest option and helps reduce waiver signing wait times.
  • In person – Use one of our waiver stations located at:
    • Information Kiosk (just past Big Red’s Smokehouse)
    • Axe Throwing area
    • Wild Isle entrance

Big Rivers Waterpark offers two parking options:

    • General Parking: Enter through Gate 2. This option is free and available to all guests.
    • VIP Parking: Enter through Gate 1, located near the park entrance. This option is $20 per vehicle and valid for the full day. You may pay online or in person, but availability is limited. VIP Parking is single-use onlythere is no re-entry once you leave the VIP lot.

At this time, we do not offer a season pass or multi-use option for VIP Parking.

Yes — guests are allowed to leave and return to the park on the same day, but the process depends on your type of admission:

  • Season Pass Holders: You may re-enter the park at any time during normal operating hours on public admission days. Just show your season pass at the front gate.
  • Day Ticket Guests: You may re-enter the park only if you receive a hand stamp before exiting. Hand stamps are available at the front gate or inside the retail shop. Stamps are only valid for that day.

Be sure to get your hand stamped before leaving the park to ensure same-day re-entry.

Lockers are available at two convenient locations:

    • Pavilion Lockers (by the wave pool in front of Big Red’s BBQ)

Locker Sizes & Prices:

    • Large – $15
    • Jumbo – $20 (Pavilion location only)

Lockers can be rented using cash or card at the kiosks, or by scanning the QR code on an individual locker. Rentals are good for the entire day, but must be purchased same-day. Advance locker reservations are not currently available.

Note: Big Rivers Waterpark is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items placed in lockers.

Admissions

Buddy Days are special perks exclusively for guests with an Active Season Pass. On these select days, each pass holder can bring one guest for FREE, also known as a “Buddy.”

Your Buddy receives general admission to Big Rivers and can enjoy all open attractions just like you. However, Buddy guests do not receive Season Pass perks such as in-park discounts or exclusive offers.

Here’s how it works:

  • Each Season Pass holder may bring one Buddy per Buddy Day
  • The Season Pass holder must be present at time of redemption
  • Pass holder must have an Active Season Pass
  • Redeem at the ticketing window or designated mobile stations at the park

Some Buddy Days are announced in advance, but we also offer surprise Buddy Days. Be sure to follow us on social media so you do not miss out.

Important: If the Season Pass holder is 15 years old or younger, a parent or guardian aged 18 or older must be present. The adult must also have a valid ticket or Season Pass for entry.

Important: Buddy Days follow the access rules of your Season Pass type. If you have a Weekday Season Pass, you may only use it Monday through Thursday. If a Buddy Day falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, a Weekday Pass will not be valid. Classic Season Passes include access to all Buddy Days, regardless of the day of the week.

To view upcoming Buddy Days, park hours, and event dates, visit: bigriverswaterpark.com/plan-a-visit/hours

Buddy Days are just one of the many reasons it pays to have a Season Pass.

Children 2 years old and under receive free admission and do not require a ticket or Season Pass to enter Big Rivers Waterpark.

  • During Season Pass processing, we may request proof of age to confirm eligibility.

Important: Season Passes may be deactivated without refund if a guest under 15 enters without an adult, violates this policy repeatedly, or causes issues while unsupervised.

We understand that weather can impact your plans, and guest safety is always our top priority. In the event that we close the park for the entire day due to inclement weather, we may issue rain checks for eligible tickets and reservations.

Refunds are not offered for any ticket or reservation.

Rain checks are only issued in the event of a full-day park closure.

  • The park must remain closed for the rest of the day
  • Closure decisions are made when lightning is in the area for at least two consecutive hours
  • Guests must claim their raincheck upon exiting the facility.  Rainchecks will not be given to guests who leave the park prior to rainchecks being given.

If weather causes a temporary stop in operations, it is treated as a delay, not a closure. Delays may affect one or more attractions but do not qualify for a rain check.

Rain checks may be issued for the following if the park closes for the full day:

  • Any Day Tickets: Valid for any other public operating day during the same event season (Waterpark, Halloween, or Christmas)
  • Choose Your Day Tickets: May be rescheduled to another date in the same season
  • Lakeside and Riverside Cabanas: May be rescheduled
  • Birthday Packages: May be rescheduled

To request a rain check or reschedule, please visit Ticketing, Guest Relations, or the Front Retail Shop during your visit.
