11:30 Mudbug Dash #1 – Crawfish Races, by the Icehouse!
12 noon to 1:30 pm – The Zydeco Dots
1:30 pm – Mudbug Dash #2 – Crawfish Races, by the Icehouse!
2:00 pm to 3:30 pm – LT and the Zydeco Mob
3:30 pm – Kickin’ Crawfish Eatin’ Competition – Spicy Crawfish eating.
4:00 pm to 5:30 pm – Keyun and the Zydeco Masters 4 pm to 6 pm
FOOD: Big Rivers will have a selection of Cajun Food available for purchase in addition to their usual menu. Cajun Food items include Spicy Boiled Crawfish, Jambalaya, and Boudin Balls. Additionally, Pizza, Burgers, BBQ, and a host of snacks will also be available.
