It's always best to choose a specific location in the park for family and friends to meet up at certain times of the day to keep track of one another. We have maps located throughout the park in front of our restrooms and front entry for wayfinding. For convenience, you may also download this one to your phone. If you still need assistance, any one of our friendly team members can help you in finding your way.
*****For clarification, we do not currently have bumper boats YET, as this was an addition to this map from previous iterations.*******

Keep up the good work! We love the park and have had a wonderful experience so far.

Great work and very thoughtful!!

Big Rivers Waterpark the park is looking great. We have been enjoying it from opening day. I was very saddened to see and experience some of the damage incurred from the July 4th $10 day, will maintenance be done to Wild Isle this season? I was so disappointed to discover after the 4th that numerous anchors are broken and the course is not as stable as it once was, many of the connecting walk spaces giveaway when you cross and you cannot pull yourself up on them as they roll because anchors are broken. Please consider also adding a calm water area for toddlers, when Hatchling Hill first opened it was fine for my 2 yr old to play close to me in the zero entry area, since the children exiting the slides land on the blue mats. I was informed yesterday she is not allowed to play there. Honestly, she did not understand and was very upset. It seems to be a waste of a nice calm area of water, especially since the slides eject the children right into the mats.

🤔 So I am noticing the lack of shaded areas around the Park. Wasnt this whole area full of trees? Wasnt possible to spare some them to provide natural shade? Im concern that on a packed day guests will have no choice but to sit in the direct sun. And those pictures of the lifeguards under no shade or umbrella is very concerning. Is this is something already being worked on?

DO NOT waste your money on this place. We had a HORRIBLE experience when we went where there was NO cold water for sale throughout the park for pretty much the entire day, we had to wait over 3 hours for food after paying for it, half the slides and attractions were not open, and there was insufficient lifeguard and park staff. I emailed their customer relations and NEVER received a response so they clearly don't give a flip about their customer's experiences. I will not give these people my hard earned money again. I will continue to take my family to Schlitterbahn. Too bad, because this could have been a great place. Just a warning for anyone who actually wants value for their hard earned money.

The lack of shade and available snacks/drinks will have me questioning whether I will return. Also, the inflatables in the pond are filthy - full of scum, algae, and mildew. Seems like a health hazard to me. Wouldn't it be better in clean water?

Are yall going to get any more souvenir cups in for the sodas- only half way through the season and out of stock everytime I go and being told not sure when or if more will come in

Are the slides open yet?

When will they start construction on the roller coasters? Is that still going to happen?

It seems like you should have given this to those that bought into you prior to today. Those with patience who bought into your vision. We like Big Rivers Rivers, it is different than others, but last two trips up have been disappointing due to weather and other glitches. The menus don't always match the register options/prices and we showed up one gorgeous day you did not open. This was not stated on your web-site, just FB, and we hadn't liked your page yet. It seems the rules are different every time too. We will see what happens on our next visit. Splashtown has been consistent, is closer, has cheap meal plans (good at all six flags), and can be used at any Six Flags. We love our Six Flags passes and loved Big Rivers, but this is kind of disappointing to those who rushed to support you.

The 6 free need to be given to the ones who invested early and believed in the potential of the park. Extend the offer to current season pass holders...not just to get more people.

My kids are loving everything!

That’s awesome!!

If we purchased our season passes already, does that mean we get the 6 free attractions, or do we lose out for buying them early?

That sucks that original season pass purchasers didn’t get this deal. And we patiently put up with the park not being 100% ready. 😢

What about the passes bought the day you opened, do we get a pass too?

What about the people who bought it before. The same people who go every weekend and supported the park even without adequate attractions. Bulls hit

Free rock wall?? I'm loving this idea. Lol can't wait

Can we come to gate to buy season pass with this special without entering today
