For your safety and enjoyment at Big Rivers Waterpark, please carefully review the park policies below.
Failure to follow any of the regulations, conditions and instructions set forth below may result in serious injury to yourself or other individuals. Individuals not following Park rules and safety instructions, will be subject to immediate ejection from the Park without refund. Guest Relations, located at the main gate, will be happy to assist with park information and questions.
1. Right to Refuse Admission
Big Rivers Waterpark reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at its sole discretion when necessary to protect the safety, security, or enjoyment of guests, Team Members, Security personnel, or park operations.
2. Before You Arrive
2.1 Waivers
Guests must complete an Waiver before participating in Aerial Adventures, Wild Isle, and certain special activities or events that may be offered from time to time. A parent or guardian must complete the waiver for minors under the age of 18.
The waiver is valid for 365 days. Guests are encouraged to complete the waiver online before visiting to help save time at the park. During each visit, Big Rivers staff must still verify that the required waiver has been completed before allowing guests to participate in applicable activities. Once verified for the day, guests may receive a stamp or wristband and will be cleared for applicable activities for the rest of that operating day.

2.2 Re-Entry Policy
Season Pass Holders may leave and re-enter the park during the same operating day.
Day Ticket Holders may also leave and re-enter the park on the same day, but must receive a hand stamp before exiting. Hand stamps are available at the front gate or entrance gift shop. Guests without a valid hand stamp may be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

2.3 Bag Check and Security Screening
All guests are subject to bag check and security screening each time they enter Big Rivers Waterpark, including guests who are re-entering the park. Bag checks help us identify prohibited items and maintain a safe, family-friendly environment.
2.3 Parking
General Parking is free, includes accessible parking spaces, and is accessed through Gate 2.
VIP Parking is available for $20 per space, includes accessible parking spaces, and is accessed through Gate 1 near the entrance building. All VIP parking spaces, including accessible spaces, require a VIP parking purchase. VIP parking may be purchased online or on-site, subject to availability.
- VIP parking is valid only for the assigned parking space and does not include in-and-out privileges. Guests who leave the VIP parking area and return later may be required to purchase VIP parking again.
The sidewalk connecting the two parking areas is for pedestrian use only. Vehicles are not permitted on the promenade.
2.4 Tickets, Purchases, and Payment
All purchases of tickets and passes are final and non-refundable.
2.5 Payment Options
Big Rivers accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay at admissions, retail locations, and food and beverage locations.
Locker rentals may be paid by cash or card at locker kiosks, or by card using the QR code payment option.
2.6 Lockers
All-day locker rentals are available in two locations: near the entrance restrooms and near the pavilion restrooms in front of the wave pool.
Entrance restroom lockers:
- Standard locker: $10
- Large locker: $15
Pavilion restroom lockers:
- Standard locker: $10
- Large locker: $15
- Jumbo locker: $20
Locker rentals may be paid with cash or card at the locker kiosks, or by card using the QR code payment option. Locker rentals are provided by a third-party company, and season pass discounts do not apply.
2.7 Attraction Availability
Attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and other experiences, including but not limited to rides, shows, food locations, retail locations, and special events, may close or operate on modified schedules without notice due to weather, maintenance, staffing, special events, or operational needs.
Big Rivers Waterpark reserves the right to close the park or portions of the park without notice due to weather, emergencies, maintenance, government orders, or operational needs.
Attraction closures due to weather, maintenance, staffing, or operational reasons do not entitle guests to refunds.
2.8 Valid Picture ID
Please bring a valid picture ID if you would like to purchase alcohol or make purchases with a credit card.
2.9 Medical Items and Supplies
Guests who need to bring medically necessary items, medical supplies, or medically necessary food into the park should visit Guest Relations before entering. Guest Relations can review the item and provide approval for entry when appropriate.
3. What You Can Bring
3.1 Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted inside Big Rivers Waterpark or on its property:
- Food and Drink
- No outside food or beverages
- No glass containers or bottles
- No alcohol. Alcohol may be purchased and consumed on-site only.
- Empty water bottles or drink containers are allowed. They must be completely empty upon entry, with no water, ice, or liquids of any kind.
- No coolers or large containers, even if empty
- Furniture and Shade
- No chairs or portable seating
- No personal tents, umbrellas, or oversized shade structures
- Animals
- No pets or animals. Only trained service animals are permitted.
- Emotional support animals are not allowed.
- Electronics and Entertainment
- No drones
- No portable speakers or music-playing devices
- No gaming consoles or electronic entertainment systems
- No laser pointers, noisemakers, or disruptive items
- No unauthorized professional photography equipment, including tripods, monopods, or large lenses without prior approval
- Vehicles and Mobility
- No skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, or Heelys
- Wheelchairs, medical scooters, and other personal mobility aids are welcome. Big Rivers is ADA accessible and strives to accommodate all guests.
- Water Safety
- No personal flotation devices, including tubes, noodles, rafts, or similar items
- Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed.
- Complimentary life jackets and infant tubes are provided inside the park.
- Safety and Conduct
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia
- No weapons of any kind, whether concealed or openly carried, including firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, or any item determined by park management to present a safety risk, except as required by applicable law
- No fireworks or sparklers
- No balloons, for environmental and animal safety reasons
- Other Restricted Items
- No fishing poles. Fishing is permitted only at Big Al’s Fishing Hole using park-provided cane poles.
- No commercial signage, banners, or advertisements

Please note: This list is not exhaustive. For the safety, comfort, and experience of all guests, Big Rivers Waterpark reserves the right to deny entry of any item not listed above at the discretion of our staff. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
3.2 Life Jackets and Flotation Devices
Complimentary life jackets are located throughout the park on a first-come, first-served basis and are recommended for inexperienced swimmers. Park-provided life jackets must be worn by all guests visiting Wild Isle.
Puddle Jumper floating devices and other United States Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed. Inflatable pool toys, floaties, and water wings are not allowed.
