Big Rivers Waterpark is a family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and courteous manner toward other guests and Team Members.
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in removal from the park without refund:
- Fighting, physical aggression, or threatening behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct
- Offensive language, gestures, symbols, or behavior
- Running, horseplay, or other behavior that creates a safety risk
- Blocking pathways, entrances, exits, ride queues, or emergency access areas
- Refusing to follow posted rules, attraction requirements, or Team Member directions
- Entering restricted, employee-only, attraction, or maintenance areas
- Theft, vandalism, or damage to park property or property of others
- Selling tickets, credentials, goods, or services without prior approval from Big Rivers Waterpark
- Soliciting, distributing materials, protesting, or conducting organized demonstrations without written permission
- Line jumping or attempting to bypass the queue
- Any other behavior that disrupts park operations or interferes with another guest’s experience
Big Rivers Waterpark reserves the right to determine whether conduct is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with park rules, consistent with applicable law, including disability-accommodation obligations.
